We are seeking motivated professionals who are interested in building a career in the Workday ecosystem. This opportunity provides structured training, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to work toward official Workday certification while supporting enterprise HR and Finance transformation projects.
If you are passionate about cloud technology, HR systems, finance platforms, and enterprise applications, this program will prepare you to become a Workday Consultant supporting global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Workday training programs and certification preparation
- Support implementation and optimization projects in Workday modules
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with senior consultants, HR teams, and finance stakeholders
- Help analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Provide production support and system enhancements
Eligible Backgrounds
We welcome candidates from the following backgrounds:
- HRIS / HR Technology
- Business Analysts
- ERP or HCM system experience
- Finance systems professionals
- IT professionals interested in enterprise SaaS platforms
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, Finance, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in HR, Finance, IT, or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Interest in learning enterprise cloud platforms
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to HR systems or ERP platforms
- Data analysis or reporting experience
- Integration or technical background (for technical track)
