Janitor & Cleaner

We have an immediate opening for Janitor & Cleaner positions at the FL 2nd District Court of Appeal in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an approximately 1-month assignment with possible extension. The client may hire two part-time (20 hrs/week) or one full-time (40 hrs/week) resource.
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Environment: 3-story government court building

Duties Include:
- Deep cleaning of court building (first week focus)
- Cleaning lobby, courtrooms, offices, kitchen, and restrooms
- Window cleaning (1st floor)
- Use of standard cleaning equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year custodial or maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & surfaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Level 2 Background Check
