Job Description: 
 
We have a contract to hire opportunity for a Workday Analyst. This role will be hybrid with some work onsite in Sacramento, CA. This role is intended to be a contract to hire position.

The ideal candidate  will have experience working alongside our business partners to work through technical solutions, has knowledge of Workday- Integrations, EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate, etc. A strong candidate has excellent communication skills, familiar with creating business requirements based off information collected from our business partners and technical specifications for our development team. A strong candidate is comfortable running/leading small projects.

Position Overview:

Workday Integration, Support, Studio, Reporting, and Upgrade experience is highly desired.

Supports, and leads the integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Ensures interfaces are optimally planned, documented, validated, and maintained. Provides expert application and technical support for the product line in addition to providing more complex triage and troubleshooting assistance to the product clients. Engages in problem management identification, classification, and resolution activities within the applications. Lastly, leads large integration efforts as well as provides support to other team members as a mentor.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
 
 
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Expert knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies.
Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.
Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure, as well as Application Program Interfaces (APIs).
Advanced understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
