Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections of HVAC systems and minor repairs
- Conduct electrical and plumbing maintenance (e.g., outlets, lighting, valves)
- Execute preventive maintenance (air filters, motor lubrication, bearings)
- Inspect Life Safety systems (fire extinguishers, exit/emergency lights)
- Oversee janitorial conditions and minor cleaning tasks as needed
- Inspect exterior property (sidewalks, parking lots, roofs)
- Support office relocations and furniture assembly
- Maintain building security system, including access card programming
- Liaise with contractors and property management for larger repairs
- Participate in On-Call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
- Ability to read blueprints and operate standard maintenance tools
- Computer literacy and familiarity with maintenance tracking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate vehicles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
