You’d support classroom instruction in a juvenile correctional facility, supervise students, and ensure a positive learning environment in the absence of the lead teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and assignments
- Support students in completing teacher-assigned work
- Participate in faculty meetings and collaborate with treatment teams
- Maintain confidentiality and a professional learning environment
Requirements:
- Strong classroom management skills
