Job Description:
We are seeking a People Services Director to lead HR operations in a standalone department within an acute care hospital. This role requires a hands-on HR leader with strong employee relations experience and the ability to manage all aspects of human resources independently.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
✔ Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital leadership on HR policies and best practices.
✔ Foster a positive work culture by managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
✔ Ensure compliance with healthcare HR regulations and employment laws.
✔ Handle HR processes autonomously as the sole HR leader in the department.
