Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. The ICU RN will be responsible for closely monitoring critically ill patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ICU RN will be responsible for closely monitoring critically ill patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in status.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and advanced life support interventions.
- Operate and manage life-supporting medical equipment, such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform CPR or other life-saving measures when necessary.
What qualifications you will need:
- Must have 1 year of recent acute care ICU experience (Will consider a 2-year PCU RN)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
Compensation: $30.60 - $45.90 per hour
