Job Title: Switchboard Operator/admin, 3rd shift

Pay Rate: $18.00/ hr

Responsibilities:
• Answering the main hospital phone
• Transferring calls
• Monitoring the fire panel systems and using the radio to contact Security if a trouble alarm alerts
• Calling and relaying information to 911 if a code is called
• Using the PA system for hospital codes if requested
• Assisting with fleet key check out
• Assisting with staff meal ticket purchases
• Other clerical tasks as assigned
Required/Desired Skills
- Prior experience as a hospital switchboard operator or clinic unit clerk (Required)
- Knowledge and experience in a role utilizing HIPAA compliance (Required)
- Ability to react calmly and quickly in the case of a medical or security emergency (Required)
- CPR Certification (Highly Desired)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
