Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.
  • Delegate tasks and allocate responsibilities to staff auditors.
  • Review team members' work to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct thorough risk and control assessments.
  • Complete audits within established deadlines and present reports to stakeholders.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommend strategies to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with significant progress toward CPA certification (CPA license preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting.
  • Strong accounting and auditing expertise with a track record of success.
  • Experience across multiple industries is a plus (e.g., construction, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, non-profit, government, benefit plans, etc.).
  • Familiarity with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX is a bonus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
