Position: Senior Contracts Administrator
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $70,000 – $79,999 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies, and supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and negotiation, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and NDAs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the contracting process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements and provide guidance on contractual obligations.
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms for the organization.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing issues and resolving disputes as needed.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on contract management processes and best practices.
  • Assist with the development and improvement of contract templates and processes to streamline operations.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCMA) is a plus.
