Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to assess their physical abilities and determine individualized treatment plans.

- Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care routines, and prevention strategies.

- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Iowa.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a contract-based role.
