Construction Project Manager
Full Time • Melbourne
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial or aerospace high-bay construction projects.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field staff and project teams.
- Implement Lean Construction principles, including Pull Planning.
- Read and interpret construction drawings with proficiency.
- Draft and manage subcontracts.
- Oversee project buyouts.
- Manage change orders efficiently.
- Process and expedite submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), materials, and equipment procurement.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent.
Compensation: $145,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
