Job Description:
What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
Must have supervisor experience over maintenance department.
Must have maintenance experience
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, process flow, P&IDs, and one-line diagrams
3+ years industrial maintenance experience with fans, material handling equipment (screw and belt conveyors / bucket elevators / airlocks / pneumatic conveying systems) 480-volt electrical distribution

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing process environment
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience with fans, material handling equipment (screw and belt conveyors / bucket elevators / airlocks / pneumatic conveying systems) 480-volt electrical distribution
- Experience with precision maintenance techniques and their practical application
- Experience with CMMS systems computer skills (entering work hours, work orders, parts usage, etc.)
- Awareness of principles related to reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and 5S
- Awareness of principles related to lean / six sigma
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to comply with all corporate policies and the Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA)
- Work with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, process flow, P&IDs, and one-line diagrams
- Communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.
- Able to work effectively with supervisors and other personnel
- Speak effectively to suppliers, contractors, and employees
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization and information exists
- Adapt to changes in the work environment & provided coverage for other supervisor (vac / absences).
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
