We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, working closely with our gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to evaluate gastrointestinal health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with gastrointestinal conditions, such as IBS, Crohn’s disease, and hepatitis.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, colonoscopies, and biopsies, under the supervision of a gastroenterologist.
- Educate patients and their families on managing gastrointestinal conditions, including lifestyle modifications and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment across different care settings.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response, side effects, and overall progress, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 Months of Long Term Care Experience
- DEA License
- Nurse Practitioner License
- Experience in Gastroenterology
