Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with heart-related conditions. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
- Assessing and treating patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments
- Provide counseling to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care
- Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress
- Make appropriate adjustments to care plans
- Commitment to person-centered care
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents in the nursing home
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in long-term care
- DEA License
- Nurse Practitioner or PA License
- Experience in Endocrinology
