Job Description: Cognitive Wellness Provider
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cognitive wellness programs tailored to individual client needs, focusing on enhancing mental agility, memory, and overall cognitive health.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate cognitive functions and identify areas for improvement or intervention.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to clients, employing evidence-based techniques to improve cognitive performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and caregivers to create integrated wellness plans that support clients' cognitive health.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting wellness plans as needed to ensure continued cognitive development.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to maintain cognitive wellness, including lifestyle changes, mental exercises, and stress management techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, gerontology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Certification or training in cognitive rehabilitation, mental health counseling, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in cognitive wellness, mental health, or related fields, with a proven track record of client success.
- Strong understanding of cognitive health principles and the ability to apply them in a practical, client-centered manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
